One very good reason not to take drugs

One reason for why I never take medicine is in the article below, on Natural News:
U.S. painkillers and mind-altering drugs are killing people…

USA tops charts for WORST health outcomes of all industrialized nations with 70% of Americans taking experimental prescription drugs

It’s not drugs that the body needs for healing, but all the assistance it can get for its self-repair mechanism to work well: clean air, water, proper nutrition & sleep, redox molecules are essential, and when one’s condition allows, exercise.

In the past more than 10 years I only had any kind of medicine when I had my cancer surgery (that I would definitely NOT do again, if anything like that happened to me now or in the future), and a few times at the dentist. Plus, one time my ex partner (who has a pharmacology degree) convinced me to take Ibuprofen for a headache – I only took it for the sake of peace, but it did not help me any better than a big glass of water with Himalayan salt, a nice walk in the fresh air, a few-minute tapping would…

If you are inclined to rather follow more natural ways of healing than stuffing your body with drugs or cutting it up most often unnecessarily, have a look at these posts, too:
