I am no physician or any other scientist, so the very details of numbers, figures, percentages, minutes and hormone names don’t excite me too much, but it’s terrific to know that Science is catching up. As a singer and dancer, what else can I do but listen to music, sing and dance? We’ve been playing music since back during the Paleolithic times, 40,000 years ago, with music as therapy documented at least since biblical times. The first such experiment was published in the Journal of the American Medical Association in 1914.
